Your privacy matters.
Use the enquiry form to contact Liz about appointments. Please keep your message brief and do not include detailed health or therapy information.
Information collected
The form collects your first name, email address and message so Liz can respond. Standard server access logs may record technical details such as the requested page and IP address. A hashed network address and submission times are used to limit spam.
Why technical information is used
Server access information supports the operation and security of the website. This website does not use advertising or analytics services.
Spam protection
The contact form uses Cloudflare Turnstile to distinguish genuine visitors from automated spam. Cloudflare processes technical information, including your IP address and browser or device signals, for this verification. Your enquiry text is not sent to Turnstile. See Cloudflare’s privacy policy. You can also contact Liz directly by email or phone.
Enquiries
Enquiries are emailed to info@lizgaffney.ie using the website mail server and Brevo email relay. Gmail handles the receiving mailbox. Your email address is used so Liz can reply. No automatic marketing subscription is created.
Storage and deletion
The form does not create a separate enquiry database. Messages may remain in mail queues, email-provider systems, Liz’s mailbox and backups. This website does not set an automatic deletion period for those systems. Contact Liz to ask about retention of your enquiry or request deletion. Technical security logs and spam-prevention records are separate from message content.
